For the men who don’t know, if fitness breeds confidence, confidence breeds independence. And we’re not just talking 'Beyoncé finger snap' but a natural way that’ll show you the she’s the coolest.
5. The benefits of endorphins. If your girl is constantly killing it in the gym, you can be guaranteed she’s less likely to off on you about random shit. Thus dating a fit girl could mean less nagging, higher energy, and reduced stress. Plus when she has a big test coming up, you can suggest she go de-stress at the gym (and be seen as a helpful problem solver).
